A grading engine is only as honest as the records underneath it. This is the unglamorous work that makes the numbers trustworthy, in the order we usually do it.

CRM cleanup & standardization

Years of imports, integrations, and manual entry leave a CRM full of duplicates, junk, and half-empty fields nobody trusts. We standardize the core fields into governed picklists, normalize the free-text mess, purge the bots and test records, and backfill what's missing with confidence scoring, so you decide what gets auto-applied and what gets a human review. Every record categorized consistently: the foundation the rest of this list stands on.

Lead source attribution

When Lead Source means ten different things, pipeline credit is guesswork. We design one canonical source taxonomy, map it across systems, reclassify the historical records, and separate marketing-sourced from sales-sourced. You can finally answer “where do our best leads come from?” and defend the answer.

Lead routing & assignment

Leads sit unassigned, land with the wrong rep, or get poached. Rules-based routing by territory, tier, segment, or source; owner protection for named accounts; round-robin for everything else; SLA tracking so follow-up actually happens. Every lead reaches the right person fast.

Reporting & dashboards

Leadership wants answers, and the reports are slow, conflicting, or missing. We build executive pipeline and revenue dashboards, source and conversion reporting with trends over time, and owner and data-quality scorecards, with every definition documented. Integration & sync health

HubSpot, Salesforce, and the tools around them drift out of sync, and unmonitored integrations quietly corrupt data. We audit field mappings and sync health, wire in lead-capture tools cleanly, and catch the connected apps silently overwriting fields and statuses. No surprise data drift.

She's managed cross-functional teams and led high-profile campaigns end to end.

Today she's Director of Digital Marketing at Gluware, where she owns the digital strategy and produces marketing videos for events like Cisco, ONUG, and Gartner. Earlier — at Crocus Technology, Modius, Muddy Gecko, and Kline & Company — she delivered everything from brand redesigns and webinars to SEO and paid campaigns, hands-on, start to finish.

The build half of the studio. Reggie designs and ships — brand, interface, and the front-end and full-stack code underneath it — so the work that gets designed is the work that actually goes live, with nothing lost in a handoff.

His range runs from marketing sites and design systems to Salesforce-native tools and internal apps — brand, interface, and the engineering underneath, handled end to end. He's happiest at the seam where design meets code: where the question of whether something can be built gets answered by building it, fast, without a committee in the middle.
